Construction Site Map Updates

By law, the SWPPP should be updated twice annually to reflect construction status and changes site conditions that are a natural part of the building process. This assessment provides an opportunity to evaluate BMP implementation and effective monitoring. Once complete, Stormwater Compliance Specialists reviews the update with site staff discuss changes or additional needs so that the site will be in compliance during this and subsequent phases of construction.

Should there be a violations of any conditions of the Permit or the general objectives of reducing pollutants are not achieved in the storm water discharge from the constructions activity site, the SWPPP will be amended. Each amendment will be identified with the appropriate information, along with a description or discussion of the nature of the revisions.

As with all documentation, SCS maintains update records for a minimum of three (3) years.
