Annual Reports

An annual report is required to be submitted to the Regional Water Quality Control Board by August 1 for the preceding consecutive 12-month period (July 1 to June 30) for the duration of a construction project. This report is a summary of the project status of compliance with General Permit requirements, including an assessment of the appropriateness of identified best management practices based on site inspection records. The annual report includes any proposed revisions to the SWPPP, updated site map and a compliance certification. This document must be certified and signed, under penalty of perjury, by the appropriate official of your company.

Stormwater Compliance Specialists will prepare annual reports and be available to provide follow up with the Regional Water Quality Control Board if necessary. As always, records are maintained by SCS for a period of three years after the termination of the project.
